Bad Weekend Might Just Help!

Sunday, January 06, 2008

Friday night, as a result of stupidity, I ended up in the ER. I tried Colonix and couldn't stop - it was coming out of both ends. As a result, any dinner I'd consumed had been purged, so I took those calories away in my nutrition profile. I got home at 5:15 a.m. Saturday morning and OBVIOUSLY was not in the mood for eating. I had a horrible hospital stay and felt like dirt. SO I stayed in bed ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT- only getting up to get some gatorade, make a small bowl of soup (by the evening) and 2 pcs. of dry wheat toast (fortunate enough to keep it down), and pop in a movie. I watched 3 movies. On the fourth one, I just basically stuck it in for some background noise. I normally need it to be 100% SILENT to sleep, but for some reason, I just wanted it. Maybe I felt lonely being in bed all day and night. At any rate, I'm still not 100% so today I tried some coffee, which didn't sit well, but still stayed down. I then tried 2 pcs. of dry wheat toast. Did good w/ that, but now my stomach is hurting and queasy so I don't know that I'll be able to eat today either. OH - not to mention, I got AF yesterday which makes this all the more FUN!!! Great way to end my vacation! : ( I haven't weighed myself yet since it says weigh in once a week, but I am happy that I finallly bought a scale today. I took a trip to the store & bought a new Homedics digital scale that tells body fat %, weight, bone weight, water weight, etc. based on your age and height. It's good! I'm glad.
