One Week Down

Well I made it thru the first week. Lost only one lb, but I've got to flush all the sugar and junk out. No energy this week because of being sick, so I'm not starting the workouts until next week. Monday night I plan to go walking or bike riding, weather permitting. the snow is about gone. If not then I'll use my stationary bike and my gazelle. Got to do 30 minutes a day.
