Weigh in today at 204 pounds

2 blackened seasoned salmon fillet
Summer veg.
2 Dt. 7 up
Snack on a few m&ms. About 7 of them
18 chocolate whoppers
Ramen noodles ( use no seasoning mix…..I mix in some summer veg.
6 tbsp. bites full of strawberry frozen yogurt……..I’m the only one who will eat it, so I have figure out if I just take a table spoon and eat about 6 of them then I don’t eat as much, as if I would if I put it in a bowl. So this helps out a lot.

Did work around the house today….took down Christmas lights outside. Hung up new curtains, 20 sink push ups

Started the new year at 206.…I have lost 2 pounds so far…..which is pretty good I think since I still have my sweets. I have a bad sweet tooth. But I’m trying to learn how to cut my sweets down , so I can still have them without going over my limit…..
