Wow that was hot!!!

OK, I haven’t worked out in a while and I cant believe how tight my muscles got! I used to be really flexible. Well, i got a wake up with my first Vinyasa Yoga. It was an hour and a half in a very HOT room. I worked muscles I didn't realize I could work and I also sweat in places I didn't think I could. I loved it! I felt fresh and relaxed and sore all at the same time. It's like that feel good feeling you get when you finished a workout but intensified. This is something I definitely want to keep doing.

    It is a good feeling after a good workout. But sometimes life gets in the way and we can't find time to fit exercise in, or just plain tired. Glad to hear you have been rejuvenated!
