Day 4

Hey Gang,

So today came and goal fast or it seemed. I have come down with a flu...So I forced myself to eat string cheese and drank my morning coke...and then I slept till dinner. LOL So made Pita Pizza! (IT IS SOOOO GOOD) (a recipe for the whole family) Then a salad and once I ate that I hit starvation so I had some crackers and oranges for a snack which isn't a very smart choice when one has an upset stomach. LOL Anyways I managed to drink 6 glasses of water which is good but still need to fit in the other two. Haven't given up cola so it is going to take some time. I will drink one glass a day for awhile then get down to every other day to eventually none. LOL Well I am heading off to bed and hoping to wake up feeling better so I can get my exercise back in track. Totally have messed up the last few days on that. How exactly do you track your exercise on here is you do an hour of all the ones they have listed??? Night
