Not much new to report. I have been stuck between 139 and 143 throughout the holidays. I have been going up and down, but never lower than 139. Now that the holidays are over it's time to get serious again. I would love to be at least 129 by my Birthday, which is March 2. That's 10 and 1/2 lbs in just under 2 months, I think I can accomplish it! I joined the next Biggest Loser Challenge here on Sparkpeople since the last one was so wonderful. Being in a competition really helped to motivate me. The next challenge begins on Jan.8th and lasts for 12 weeks. I lost 16 pounds on the last challenge, so I will hopefully be able to lose 10 on this one!
(1/6 - I am down to 137.5! So all my work at the gym and around the house this weekend has paid off!)
