Not much new to report. I have been stuck between 139 and 143 throughout the holidays. I have been going up and down, but never lower than 139. Now that the holidays are over it's time to get serious again. I would love to be at least 129 by my Birthday, which is March 2. That's 10 and 1/2 lbs in just under 2 months, I think I can accomplish it! I joined the next Biggest Loser Challenge here on Sparkpeople since the last one was so wonderful. Being in a competition really helped to motivate me. The next challenge begins on Jan.8th and lasts for 12 weeks. I lost 16 pounds on the last challenge, so I will hopefully be able to lose 10 on this one!

(1/6 - I am down to 137.5! So all my work at the gym and around the house this weekend has paid off!)

    I am so impressed with you and your ability to stick to this long term plan. I just joined SparkPeople last week when my daughter asked me to join with her. I have been trying to lose weight for 13 years and it was a total disaster. Now with this program, I have stuck to my plan for a whole week, which is milestone for me. Seeing what you have done just adds to the fuel for me to continue.

    Woohoo!! Congrats! You are doing so awesome... still an amazing inspiration to me! well i am back have lost 2 lbs in 3 days so far! lol slowly but surely i will hopefully be able to keep it up this time just like you!
