I have done great with this Spark thing all week. I am really proud of myself. However, I really liked the South Beach diet. I liked the emphasis on healthy carbs and healthy fats and I love the recipes. I also love eggs for breakfast!!! So, I decided to combine Southbeach with my Spark. It was really easy to do. I found a group and everything! I am still logging my food and using the nutrition tracker. I am just trying to eat only healthy carbs and fats and I might be a little bit low on the total carbs for the day, but not very much. I think I am going to be happy with this. I'm still Sparkin' !
