Oh yeah. Here are my resolutions, made public to help me keep them. They're posted on my computer and my fridge and I read them to my boyfriend so he can help hold me accountable too. There are only three, but I figure simple is better--it'll mean being better able to actually keep them.
1. Hit my goal weight by graduation (end of May), no excuses. That's 125lbs... only 26lbs. to go.
2. Do a yoga/pilates DVD twice a week. I really need to work on my flexibility, and I got some equipment from my sister for Christmas.
3. Make a more conscious effort to drink 8 glasses of H2O per day. In fact, actually drink 8 (or more) per day. Go, hydration, go!
