Well, after a grueling finals session in my next-to-last semester of college and a gluttonous holiday season, I'm ready to start this whole healthy lifestyle thing again. I had no time to cook dinner or exercise (or sleep), and my eye twitched for about two weeks, but all that's behind me now. Well, something else is behind me now, too. My behind.
So I'm a little frustrated I shirked my goals and gained a few of those precious lost pounds back. I'm not exactly back to where I started, but considering I had only lost about 7 pounds since starting Spark People in November, that's not really saying much. Now my goal finished date has been pushed back by more than a month. That means I can't reasonably expect to hit 125lbs. by spring break. Not the end of the world, but still a little disappointing.
Lesson learned: cookies aren't that good and I'm cranky when I don't work out. Put down the chips, get off my ass and lose this weight!!!
