1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP. LOL- You really think I tracked my food between all the cooking, cleaning, shopping, guests, visiting houses, getting work done, and everything I do when it isn’t a holiday?
2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. Hahaha… see answer above.
3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- Well, I didn’t weigh on Saturday, but I did weigh in today I am not happy at all.
Ok, I am trying this again. This time I got my BF to start with me so maybe it won’t be so hard. I did start yesterday and I went food shopping and bought all good food. I also plan on working out. I also want to by a journal to start writing in a few times a week. I am reading Winning By Losing by Jillian Michaels and she talks about writing a journal and also talks about how you need to make changes to you other than by dieting and exercise. I think it might help, I know I have some issues (who doesn’t??) and maybe the journal will help me work through some of them so I can lose weight and keep it off this time.
