Okay, so it's been over a year since my last post here. I haven't really LOST anything, but I haven't really gained anything either.
The last year of my life was super crazy pull-my-hair-out hard, but I've left it and all of it's tangled mess behind and I'm looking forward to finally doing something productive for my heath.
One step is I've signed up for Tai Chi classes which start Tuesday, and I'm really going to try harder to eat, but I realize that it's going to take lots of baby steps to get me to eat like a normal person.
I drink over a gallon of water a day, and always have, but when it comes to eating it's just something I haven't done right (or done at all) for almost a decade now. I probably eat, on average, maybe ten times a week. Yeah, a week.
I'm constantly running around, I work a bunch of jobs, go to school full time, I manage my stress pretty well but I find more and more that I'm nauseated constantly, I feel dizzy and overwhelmed more then I used to. I just think that I've finally just gotten to the point where I'm running myself down completely.
It's time for a change. :)
