Starting Up Again

I didn't stop watching what I ate nor did I revert to the old lifestyle of eating very poorly. I did however slowly stop counting calories, stopped exercising, and slowly stopped logging in to Sparkpeople etc.

I haven't weighed yet today, but last time i weighed I was maintaining 225 which is a 35 pound loss. I am proud that I have maintained at 225 even though I was not active on Sparkpeople. For me it shows that when I get the rest off i will be able to maintain it as well.

I have reset my goals: 190 by May 8th (I think) and even brought my exercise clothes to work today. I plan on getting thirty minutes of cardio today on the bike.

I will post my measurements and weight after I take them 9before I exercise).

If you had stopped like me - is it time to get back on the weight loss track?
