Went home, gained weight, back on track

I went home this weekend and didn't track a single thing! Big mistake. I got on the scales this morning and I had gained -- are you ready for this? 6 pounds!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH 6 pounds in a single weekend. I didn't think I was eating that bad, but I guess I was. I think a lot of it could be water because I know I didn't drink nearly enough, and my sodium intake was far too high, but that couldn't be more than a couple of pounds. The rest is pure weight -- not muscle, fat and waste! (Sorry for the TMI). Luckily today is the first day of 2008 and the first day of the new me. I now see what not tracking does to me, so I will be doing that everyday that I am able. My goal is to be 120 or 125 by April 19 when I turn 30. I know I can do it, I just have to stay consitant.

I can also say that eating things I normally wouldn't since I started SP takes a toll on me. I have had headaches, a bloated feeling, my eyes feel swollen, my neck and shoulders hurt, and I just have a general fatigue feeling. I have learned my lesson!

I am going to enter my new weight on my tracker and take the walk of shame that it will cause. I think letting other people know will kick me into gear. How embarrassing!
