A new year a new me!

Well, It's 11 PM on New Years Eve. tomorrow is a new year. I will sit down and plan my menu for this week. I go back to work Wed and have to start back on this program! I will journal my food daily. I will not eat sweets, I will not eat fried food. I will select healthy foods from the menu when eating out. I will resist, NO I will REJECT candy and junk food at work. No matter how much I like it. I will picture the #'s on the scale and remind myself that what I eat is MY choice. What I look like is MY choice. I will start working out 5 nights a week, giving myself a break on the weekend. But not from eating right. Only from exercise. And only if I have behaved myself with food. If I have messed up in that area I will work out on the weekend to rectify it.
