holiday weight LOSS, yay December

so even with the holidays and everything being hectic, I managed to lose 2 full pounds in December!!...

after my brother's wedding and not being completely happy with how I looked in the pictures, I got extra strict with nutrition and promised myself not to slip up as much. I especially had to watch out the week I hurt my bicep because not lifting really made me feel like blah.

Even with the holidays, for all of December I haven't eaten anything after dinner except my daily chocolate allowance (either one piece of candy or one cookie only) and it's made a big difference (of course I am not including the Christmas Eve and Day b/c i allowed myself dessert then)

But I've been eating really well and I did extra cardio to insure I didn't gain holiday weight with treats and paid better attention to what went in my mouth and instead of gaining for the holidays I lost! I'm down to 116, 1 pound away from my goal weight.

For New Years, my main resolution will be to focus on toning up because I do have muscle tone, but it is softer then I want it to look =/

After I lose this last pound, I won't worry about actually losing weight, just maintaining.
