Thinking about Resetting Goals

Thursday, December 27, 2007

So, on Spark there is a link to reset your goals. I am thinking about doing that. I was so good at tracking for the 1st 4 months, and I have just been so slacking lately. I think that maybe if I reset it's like starting with a clean slate. I will regret losing all of my information from when I was so good, but then I don't have the bad weeks hanging over me. Have any of you done this? Do you regret it? I would love to hear from those who have done so.

Here's to a new me in 2008!

I have reset my goals many times. You don't lose any food or exercises saved as favorittes, you just lose what you've tracked in your tracker.

I didn't reset my goals the day after Christmas -- I clicked the link that says Change you Goals. It does the same thing as resetting your goals, but it doesn't wipe away your trackers. It even gives you an option for chaning your startinbg day. If I were you, I would change your goals, not reset them. Having your trackers is a good thing -- you can go back and see what worked for you and what didn't.

And, here's to a new you in 2008!!!!
