A field trip to my old habits

For the first time since I joined SP I stopped for a whole week. No exercise and I ate horribly (ok-it TASTED great). I learned a few very valuable things from this:
I WON'T GAIN IT ALL BACK IN ONE WEEK
MOST FOOD ISN'T WORTH IT
I AM HAPPIER WHEN I EXERCISE
I HAVE MUCH MORE ENERGY WHEN I EXERCISE
MY DIET AFFECTS MY SKIN,HAIR,ATTITUDE,SLEEP ETC

This morning I am back to SP full strength but I don't fear falling off like I used to. It didn't turn into a tailspin but alot of insight. I am thankful for that!
