getting help with quitting

Yes I went andI got Commit lozenges and they do help. I went from 1 1/2pk to 1/2 pk about 3 weeks ago and have struggled to get 6 or 7 a day.
Today I have gotten it down 4 so tomorrow as soon as I get up instaed of lighting up I will pop a commit into my mouth and never light another.

At the same time I have stop adding cream in my coffee and no more subs. So I have also lost 5 lbs. And the dr. said I couldn't lose weight. I'll show him.

Yeah I am woman I am strong.

    WOOHOOO! Good for YOU! I'm proud of your decision to quit...it will be the greatest thing you ever did.
    I just passed my 1 year mark, on 12-27, and I actually lost a few pounds during 2007. Now I have some new, healthy, habits and I'm ready to "LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT IN 2008"!!
    Have you started that no more smoking, savings jar? Something I WISH I had done!!!
    Hang in there... it gets easier and easier and the rewards are immediate!
