1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP ¡V It is in there. All 2,800 calories.

2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. LW 66 minutes¡V Ok, I absolutely planned on working out when I got home from work, but my BF had other plans . Week total- 0 minutes

3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- Did it on Saturday and did measurements

    Good to see that you are continuing entering everything and blogging everyday. It is good to see your progress/or even lack of it and have reality checks, it may bite some days, but sure makes you feel good on others. Keep up the good work.
