2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. LW 66 minutes¡V Ok, I absolutely planned on working out when I got home from work, but my BF had other plans . Week total- 0 minutes
3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- Did it on Saturday and did measurements
