1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP – Yep.
2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. LW 66 minutes–I didn’t do anything. Well I feel better and wanted to workout but I ended up fighting with the BF. I swear I will run out of excuses soon. Week total- 0 minutes
3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- Did it on Saturday and did measurements
