1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP – It’s all in there, every day, every bite.
2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. LW 66 minutes–I didn’t do anything. That’s sad. I had a stomach virus this week and I didn’t get a lot of things done. Week total- 0 minutes
3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- Did it on Saturday and did measurements.
