End of Week 1

This was a great week. I'm so proud of myself. I started the week at 229. The highest I have been since March. I am now back down to 223.5 and ready to lose from here. 5.5lbs in a week - yay!!!

This week really wasn't that hard. I went to the gym 3 times and I ate within my calories just about every day and I only went over twice and not by much. Today I rewarded myself with a non-fat peppermint moch and it was so yummy.

Today is day 1 of week 2. I plan on going to the gym Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and hopefully one day this weekend. I plan on being within calorie range all week. Shooting for mid-range instead of the high range. My goal this week is to be down to 221.5 by Friday. My official weigh in day is friday so I won't be tracking my Monday weigh in anymore.

Today Gary told me "You are doing so good, I'm so proud of you" That makes me feel so good. He is so supportive and that is great.

Week 1 down and now I'm ready for week 2. :)
