Dang it - fell off the wagon briefly

Monday, December 10, 2007

Sigh.
I have to get a grip and stop sabotaging myself.
We went to the pizza buffet after church yesterday and my willpower and common sense went out the window.
Getting right back on track today though. Had a healthy low cal breakfast and am off to the ymca.
The hardest thing is not beating myself up about it.

I have the same problem, just remember to take it one day at a time. And least you picked it up and went on to the gym. Good for you. :) Hang in there.

I know how you feel. I had a Xmas party on Thrusday and football day at my sisters yesterday. I did terrible. I didn't even track my cals yesterday knowing I was well over! I hate the guilt and crappy feeling I get from doing that but I got some insprirational comments from my friends here and off I am for a great week or day. Take it one day at a time, you will be fine! It's just one day and you can work a little harder to take it away. Good Luck!

We all do that at one time or another. Like you said you have already done something great today but having a good breakfast and heading out to work out. Put yesterday behind you and move on. You are doing wonderful.

Hey, we all fall off the wagon every once and a while. Now just get up, dust yourself off and try try try again. It's great to see that you are getting right back on the wagon today. So youreally didn't fall off, you just slipped a little. :) I hope you have a wonderful week. ~*Nina*~

Don't whip yourself for it. Count it as a free day and forget it. Start today anew and do your best. You CAN do it!
