weigh in day

Today is my weigh in day and I'm so excited. I'm down 2 more pounds. Its been a while since I lost 2 pounds in a week. I think adding the step training has helped. I also am now doing a circuit training. A bit more exercise has done the trick. Now if I can just keep it going during this tough time of the year.
Thanks Sparkpeople for all you do helping us get a healthy life style.
I'm just thrilled.
My total weight loss 127 pounds..... WOW I'm really doing it.
