1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP – It’s all in there. Even the Ben & Jerry’s.
2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. LW 66 minutes–I didn’t do anything. I haven’t been feeling good so I just laid down when I got home. Week total- 0 minutes
3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- All good.
Ok, I adjusted my second goal. I know I set the goal for a reason but I feel less stressed this way and I can only go up.
