Been awhile

I have not been as active on Sprakpeople as I was before. I have not gained any weight and in fact have continued to see a loss in size with my clothes fitting better.

Yesterday I tried on a shirt I had bought three years ago and that I have never been able to fit in - My next goal is to lose enough in my chest and gut to be able to wear that shirt comfortably.

I will become active again in January - maybe in December, but I really am not too motivated to keep up such a stringent cycle in December.

Again, I am not going back to old habits or anything. I am maintaining my weight at around 225 and am pleased for the time being. I will start over in January and get to my goal weight by the summer perhaps.

    Dwaine, I hope you are still holding your own in the weight loss. I'm in the same Spark Class and have been seeking to lose a hefty sum of weight myself. I just wanted to say that I also felt a need to be "easy" on myself during the holidays. I set my goal from Thanksgiving until New Years to NOT GAIN weight. I think it is exceptionally difficult to lose during the holidays, and simply not gaining is a significant accomplishment in my book. I'm holding within two pounds of my pre-Thanksgiving weight.. I've been down a pound and back up two. So far, so good.. Just a few more days and I plan on really getting on board with the program again on New Years day. I just posted a challenge for our class.. Maybe some will take me up on it! For me, Activity IS the key to losing.
