1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP – All done.
2) To work out for 90 minutes every week – I did the ab machine and tape I have at home. It is only 8 minutes, but a good ab workout. Week total- 66 minutes
Tomorrow I will add a new goal or step to my daily/weekly goals. I think I am going to put down my weekly weigh in day. I like to weigh myself several times a week and I don’t think it is a good idea. I also want to take my measurements again. I like having another way of measuring progress.
