Day 2

Yesterday went really well. I'm very proud of myself. I only went over by 10 calories. I think that's pretty good considering how much I've been eating lately. (Too much!!!) I also drank more than 8 glasses of water, next week I will get back to my 10-12 glasses.

Today I will most likely go over my calories because I have my workout and I know I will be starving. I brought an extra luna bar for after my workout if I can't make it all the way home without eating.

I can't wait until on non-workout days I can stay on the low end of my calories (1200-1350) and then on workout days I can be in the higher end without going over. (1450-1600) That would be ideal.

I weighed myself this morning and I was 227.3 - I'm so happy to be away from 230 - that scared me! I don't want to see that number again. (Even though I did see it - but it wasn't my real weight - it was Sunday night after I ate a huge dinner.)

Tonight we are having sweet and sour meatballs made with ground turkey and I will probably eat them with brown rice and a salad. Sounds yummy! I should have brought the recipe so I could put it in the recipe calculator and find out the calories - but I guess I will do that tonight.
