OK so here is Monday’s progress:
1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP – Yep, I did that.
2) To work out for 90 minutes every week – Ok, I work in Center City Philadelphia and some girls from work wanted to go shopping so I went and I am considering this a mini workout. It is a 5 minutes brisk walk to the store (Macy’s) and we walked around the store, then back to work, then to get lunch and back to the office. So since it is walking I wouldn’t have if I didn’t go (like today, it’s too cold to go outside so I’m not leaving the office) so I’m adding it. I am only adding 20 minutes (I was out for about an hour and a half) since I was standing in lines and waiting around for a little bit. Week total- 58 minutes
