Well, unfortunately this is my progress from the weekend.
1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP – Ok, I had so much bad food this weekend I don’t even know where to start. I went home to visit my parents and my mother is a bad influence. We went shopping and I ended up buying a bunch of candy and of course eating it throughout the weekend. And she had cheese danishes for breakfast (my favorite), and made penne vodka for dinner. I can’t believe it. I usually can say no to her with food, but since I am PMSing I have no will power. I always try to stay as far away from temptation these days but it was unavoidable this weekend. But I promised myself I would enter everything in and I will do that. Even if it is a 3,000 calorie day.
2) To work out for 90 minutes every week – LOL, didn’t exercise, unless shopping counts. I will do some sort of Yoga tonight for my back pain and cramps. Week total- 38 minutes
