Mission Complete-30 Days of Making the Cut

I did my last MTC workout last night and am happy to say I stuck with it and finished the program. It was challenging, but I'm happy with the results and all my newly acquired muscle. I'm a bit disappointed with the weight loss aspect since I only lost 2 pounds, but muscle weights more than fat and I certainly have a lot more muscle than when I started. Plus with all the inches I got rid of I can't complain. I'm planning on doing it again in January after I give my body a break. This month I'm looking forward to concentrating on my running and trying out a new strength training program. I encourage anyone who wants to challenge themselves and focus on muscle and definition to try Making the Cut!

    Hey there. Excited to see your post about MTC and how you felt about the monthlong program. You look great....and those are some good losses in inches...really. Don't think you have that much to lose weight-wise....more about building up the muscles now isn't it?
    I'm enthusiastic about starting it up on 1 JAN, but am going to have to work real hard to carve out time in my day and I'm still unsure if I will be able to buckle down and take on the nutrition side along with the workout routine. Know it may affect the results, but still have a little time to think and plan.
    How much time did it take out of your day to do? Think you told me but I don't remember...

    Great job Sarah! I just started the workout portion of Making the Cut 2 days ago. Did you follow the diet or just the calories for the diet.

    The inches you lost are really impressive!
