Day 55 to 61 (Nov. 30th)

Eek - I missed another whole week! I can't say I've been very virtuous this past week, but I haven't been awful and I have continued to work out.

I have new goals for December and I will be back to post them later in a blog for Day 62 -- December 1st! But first, I'm going to put 2 of them into action by doing the 4 mile WATP and some crunches.

I will be back later today!!! No excuses!!
