I've gotta get a new scale...

Well, it's been a week or two since my last blog, so I figured I'm due. I really feel like things are going well. I weighed in again to day and I've lost another pound. That's 1 pound a week for 5 weeks. The reason I need a new scale is that I'm using one I paid $5 at Target and WOW can it fluctuate. I can stand on it one minute and have it say '160'... get off... see that it's not 'zeroed'... zero it... get back on... see '157'... get off... try again to confirm... '157'. It's ridiculously unreliable and constantly has to be 'zeroed' again. I have to weigh myself 5 times in a row to get a consistant reading that I feel like is actually true! Oh well. A new scale is on my Christmas list, so hopefully Santa will bring me one!

I've been tracking my food religiously and I firmly believe this has helped me A LOT! I've also been keeping up with my C25K program. I just got done with my 4th week of that, though I did week 3 twice because week 4 is intimidating!! Two 5-minute runs is MUCH different that two 3-minute ones. I guess I'll push myself into it next week. Maybe I'll surprise myself!
