Ok, I know I only have two goals, but if I start off too much I'm afraid I'll stop. So here are my two goals:
1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP - every last bite! Done!
2) To work out for 90 minutes every week - 38 minutes, 30 minutes on ellipitcal and 8 on a ab machine. Week total- 38 minutes
