Ok, so I am going to try and do two goals everyday. I will try and blog amount my progress and add one more goal every wee. All goals will be small, and I will work up to bigger goals. For my first two are:
1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP
2) To work out for 90 minutes every week
Day one, lets see how I do.
