Good, then BAD

Ok, yesterday before 6pm, good. After 6pm, BAD. I had one of my favorite fast foods, Taco Bell. It was a 1,800 calorie meal. Since the day was good it was a 2,600 calorie day, but I eat more in one meal then I should all day. I really like what another SP member does, LS. A 40 day challenge. Things to do everyday and blogs about how she did. I think if I start off with 2 things the first week then add another each week. I kind of like that. What do I have to lose (other than weight)?
