Restating Goals

I haven't blogged in awhile. So I thought I'd put down some new goals or at least some goals that I need continue.

1. going go the gym every morning mon-fri. MWF is body pump class TTH are cardio days. Saturday is also cardio but usually I go for a long walk. Sunday is rest day.
2. cut out all the bad foods i.e. cheesecake, processed foods, fast food etc.
3. eat more fruits and veggies.
4. communicate more with my sparkteams!

I believe all these goals are attainable. I mean hey that's how I lost some pounds in the first place. Accountability is big!

I believe I can do it! O wait! I KNOW I can do it! Woo HOO!
