BRING IT ON THANKSGIVING!!

Just a little update blog...
I started Week 3 of the Couch to 5k program today. I never thought 3 minutes of running at a time could be that hard (when did I get SO out of shape??), but I made it through!
Today's run/walk was all a part of my attack on Thanksgiving!! I'm going to add in a workout tomorrow (maybe a bellydancing video or a short walk outside... it's supposed to be 75 degrees here tomorrow!!)... for the past 3 weeks I've just been doing 3 times a week, but I'm adding tomorrow in an effort to combat the effects of whatever I do on Thanksgiving.
Then it'll be Week 3 Day 2 run/walk on Wed.
Then Thursday morning before showering and getting ready to head out the various family member's houses I'm really hoping to take a quick walk on the treadmill to get my metabolism jump started for the day.
As for my eating plan it's just going to be lots of veggies and small portion sizes and only 1 dessert!!! I'm going to log it as best I can when I get home that night. I've already convinced my mom to go on a walk with me after getting back from my Aunt's house, so hopefully we'll hold each other to it and it won't rain!
I weigh in on Fridays and gosh darn it... the scale has dropped a pound each week for 3 weeks now and I'm NOT letting it go back up!!
