30lbs gone!

Monday, November 19, 2007

I am thrilled to announce that i have melted away 30 pounds! many of you already know this because i was so excited i had to share in all my threads. lol. it's a great feeling to accomplish small goals like that, important too, keeps you motivated and encouraged.
I'm hoping in couple of weeks i will be off to onederland! I worked so hard yesterday that i am using today as a day of rest. cals are getting up there for today, i better be careful! This happens when i don't do a lot of exercise during the day. I'm really aching for my new stuff to arrive it will give me a huge boost and i'll be off and running full speed again. The motivation does come and go, luckily it doesn't go away for too long. :)
The last thing i want to do is start putting the weight back on again. The last time i lost 30 lbs i was on a yo yo diet. i was happy to have lost the 30 but got tired of eating every other day! go figure! now i can proudly say that this 30 was well earned with hard work, sweat and dedication. I can't wait to see how my body starts to transform as i keep the pounds coming off :) It's all new and exciting :)

Congratulations Ms Fidget! Good for you....
You've been working so hard, it is showing! Very excited for you, dear girl.
I'm sure your body is appreciating the rest today, lol....know you'll be back to the grind tomorrow.
About the pomegranates...the recipe I made turned out at a decent 109 calories per muffin...pretty good...and so light and fluffy....maybe you could freeze them, or give some away?
Keep up the focus, motivation, and positivity!
You'll get to onederland before you know it...

YAY! Just think of what it took to take that first 30 off, just work as hard and the next 56 will come right off too! Just stay committed! That's all it takes! Keep it interesting and there's no stopping you!
