I will be doing the following challenge from November 19 - December 30. Wish me look because this is a kick butt challenge...just what I need to get me to onderland by the end of the year!

hammer curls 3x12 @ 15#
lying dumbbell extensions 3x12 @ 10#
side raises 3x12 @ 10#

wide-grip pulldowns 3x12 @30#
leg press 3x12 @ 50#
leg extension 3x12 @ 35#
deadlifts 3x12 @ 20#
adduction 3x12 @ 120#
abduction 3x12 @120#

TAE BO BootCamp Rotation 5X a Week
Basic Training BootCamp
Mon., Wed. & Fri. (wks. 1-4)

Ultimate BootCamp
Mon., Wed. & Fri. (wks. 5-6)

Cardio BootCamp
Tue. & Thu.

Cardio 6X a Week
Elliptical 3X a week
Mon., Wed., & Fri.

3.4 mile walk 6X a week
Mon. - Sat.

Pilates 1X a Week
Pilates for Dummies

Abs/Buns 3X a Week
