New 20 minute treadmill workout from Fitness Magazine

I found this great program in Fitness magazine. I tried it out yesterday and loved it. You should try it!!

Min 0-2: Incline 0, Speed 3.5: Start walking at a medium pace
Min 2-5: Incline 5, Speed 4.5: Increase speed, walking briskly, pumping arms
Min 5-7: Incline 11, Speed 3.5: Climb, using gluts and pushing off with heels
Min 7-9: Incline 10, Speed 1: With belt moving slowly, carefully lunge forward with right foot, then left. Continue, alternating feet.
Min 9-11: Incline 12, Speed 3.5: Climb
Min 11-13: Incline 10, Speed 1: Lunges
Min 13-15: Incline 12, Speed 3.5: Climb
Min 15-16: Incline 1, Speed 7: Run
Min 16-17: Incline 1, Speed 5.5: Jog to recover
Min 17-18: Incline 1, Speed 7.5: Sprint
Min 18-20: Incline 1, Speed 5: Recover
