I noticed this morning that my new (small) pants are started to loosen up a bit more and my belly isn't hanging out over the top of them as bad as it was before. LOL! When I first started Spark People it took me a good three weeks before I really lost anything but at least I was losing inches and that kept me going. Then something finally happened and I started losing about an average of 1-2 pounds a week. Not as much as I would like to see come off but it's a healthy pace and I am certainly fine with it. This way I think that I will have a much better chance of keeping it off. I fear since I am losing inches again I may be hitting a plateau but I will be patient just as I was before and prepare myself for the next scale ride!

Since November is a good month for being thankful I just want to say that I am so thankful I found Spark People! Through this I have learned that I am in control of what I put in my body. I have learned to control my portions without feeling hungry all the time. I eat when I am hungry and I enjoy eating healthy food. I can even "cheat" a little without feeling guilty.

I am also thankful for the Spark Teams and all of my team mates that have helped challenge me, motivate me and keep me on the right path. Thanks guys!
