The weekend

Well I haven’t been able to get myself to move all week. My allergies are so bad this month and I am really tired all the time. I want to start doing some cardio in the morning again. I was doing it every morning before work, and now I want to do it again. It was such a great feeling knowing that I already did cardio that day. I am going to try and do cardio today, Saturday and Sunday.

I am also trying to get in more protein. I have a jar of reduced fat peanut butter in my office and a box of Kashi Go Lean. I have on tablespoon of PB when I have my apple and I snack on the Kashi in the morning. I also bought pistachios. I know they aren’t the best nut, but I love them and maybe next time I will buy peanuts. I also read on a message board about the Skinny books and how they tell you to figure out what you want to eat, eat it in moderation and have more fruits and veggies. I like the sound of that. I know that if I am craving something I try and wait a few days before indulging since sometimes it goes away. But when it doesn’t I will usually try and get it.

This weekend will be a good test for me since I don’t have anything going on except studying. So I am hoping maybe I can get more into gear and really get on track.

    I love the eat what you really want concept. I wanted something Reese's all week, I didn't care what. I had it yesterday because I built it into my calories. YUM! I savored every bite! Hope your allergies get better. Have a great weekend!
