Week TWO

So I'm now starting week two, down four pounds as of this morning, but I weigh myself every day so that's probably not entirely accurate. I feel really proud of myself for keeping with the program. My cardio workouts keep getting easier, even though I bump the intensity up several times above what's generally recommended for me since I was already in fair shape. And even though it's only 4 pounds, my pants are fitting looser! Hooray!
