Well, I am taking the advice of one of my fellow SP members and I am going to try and blog more; maybe not everyday, but a few times a week. There is so much going through my head right now I won’t even try to get it all down. Well I had a really bad few weeks, then started again on SP, then had a really bad few days, and I restarting. I am going to keep restarting as many times as it takes.

One of the chapters in the book I am reading, Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels, it tells you to take a fitness test. It has four categories and I did really well on all but one. It was the one I did a cardio for three minutes and tested my heart rate. I know I need to work on that since I have asthma and always had a problem with cardio. I do like that I have a way to measure my progress.
