Back on track! (again)

I don't yet understand how I can be so motivated and have a firm grip on my eating then plummet to the depths of carbohydrate hell.
sigh.
i am 2 lbs heavier and hopefully wiser! Thursday is weigh in so I will see how close I come to redeeming myself.
I really wanted to be 169 by Thanksgiving. I am kind of bummed
that I sabotaged myself out of making mini goal!!

    I was like that this weekend when I ate so bad on Sunday. As one of the other girls from FWC told me, just put it past you and move on to the new day. Everyone has those days.

    I am with you. I do really good for a couple of weeks then do horrible again. Just pick yourself up again and get back on track. I have done this numerous times but each time has made me stronger and really think about the choices I make. Good luck and keep your head up.
