Skinny Xmas Challenge: Day #1, November 11th

Woohoo! Day one is pretty completed. Today was awesome! I got a lot accomplished.
I wasn't extremely happy with my performance exercise wise, but I know it's going to take time to get my energy as high as it used to be. Could be that I didn't eat the best that I could have Saturday. But it will be okay. I did 72 minutes of working out, with TJ. After that I finished writing up my new exercise rotation. I included my new videos. They haven't gotten here yet though. I hope they are here by next week. MDB is usually pretty quick. I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet though. But I didn't the last time either & the package came in 5 days. So maybe I'll give them a call tomorrow, after work.
Anyways, I'm super pumped about my new rotation. I did it all the way up to December 31st.
I really hope to see the SSE videos for Xmas though, so I can include those as well. I have too many videos!!! But it's fun that way.
I also finished up with the HUGE Strength chapter in my PT book. Geez, they explain SO many exercises for specific muscles! It took me forever & a day to get all the way through. I had to take SO many notes! But I did finish today, and now I'm moving on to the Cardiovascular Training Theory!

Did you guys know that research shows for every hour you engage in aerobic exercise you extend your life for 2 hours? How cool is that?!?! One more reason to shake my bootie! LoL. I'll share some info with you all, as I learn. :D This unti isn't nearly as long though. Next comes the unit on flexibility. :)

Anyways food was good today!! I bought some avocado & spread it on some chicken breast and made a yummy lettuce wrap. It filled me up really well! May have to eat that more often. Dinner was good too. Overall a really healthy day!

I think I'm going to take a few more notes, then chill out and watch a movie. Last night Geno & I watched I Now Pronouce You Chuck & Larry, with Adam Sandler. OMG!! Super funny! I also watched Transformers (Geno fell asleep, lol!), which was good too! I have Surf's Up too watch (I know it's a cartoon, I love them though!) and another season disc of Criminal Minds to watch. Love that show!
So I'm outta here!
