sun 11/4 food diary for Bonnie

b- banana bread with butter and coffee-420
l- went to perkins had a spinanch,bacon,and tomato eggs benedict with pancakes- it was wonderful but more than I usually eat for lunch and when I went home to look up the cals oh boy! -1130 cals just for lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!
s- pork chop 240, milk-120, baked pot with butter-150, squash- unknown cals
after supper went to Bingo and had a toffee cappachino { the Vfw didn't have any coffee can you imagine? weird!
total= way over 2,000 cals again! oof da!
