Can't believe how fast these weeks are flying by. Today I was out and about running errands trying to get everything done so tomorrow will be an easier day. I still have to cook dinner and cut hubbies hair then the rest of the night will be mine......Wooo Hooo, can't wait to relax abit.

I'm going out tomorrow and a little nervous......I like to drink when I go out (yup, I'm the type that likes to PARTY and get abit wild when I get the chance to get out). I'm hoping I will be ok with the smoking. For me thats my concern, when I've had a few and see someone smoking. I guess I will just have to try my best....because I'm not giving up going out, it's been a few months and I am looking forward to a fun night out with hubby. Will see how it goes.

Ok....I'm off to make dinner hope everyone is having a Fab. friday!

    I understand how you feel! I love going out with my friends, but we drink and dance and just have a good time. It can truly make weight loss challenging! But you can do it! Someone gave me a tip on another board - drink a glass of water in between each drink (now I will be honest and say I didnt do that tonight). Also, when you dance lots, you think about drinking less (I would assume the same for smoking but I do not have first hand experience). You are also burning off lots of calories and will need that water even more. No matter what have a great time because smiling and having fun is definitely the best medicine and therapy any of us could ask for!

    LOL...I go off on addictions (see Shira's blog) and I didn't mention smoking!! Being an exsmoker I know how hard it is....but as Sue says enjoy your drinks and dance you won't have time to smoke!!! Have a good time. You can do it Chrissy I ....we have faith in you!

    Have a super FUN night out!! Swing by the bar - I'll buy ya a drink ;) (I'll be the one witht he stuffy nose behind the bar) lol.

    Best of luck on the smoking - you're right, that is the hardest time. I keep trying to quit but I'm in the bar at least 5 - 6 days a week, usually working of course!!
    It's very hard, but I'm prepping myself to give it another try. Gotta make my mind feel like its ready!

    Enjoy yourself & don't forget to DANCE! Burn off some of those alcohol calories!
