So it begins again

Well, so much for that summer weight loss. That didn't happen! I've been back on Spark people for about a week and a half and i have been tracking my food daily ever since (which I'm VERY proud of). When I averaged last week's calories I averaged out within my calorie range, so I was happy about that. What I'm not happy about is my lack of exercise. I put in SP that I would work out 3 times a week 30 min. each time and that has NOT happened. I haven't worked out seriously in weeks. That is NOT good. I weighed myself Friday and part of me is looking forward to weighing again this Friday, but part of me is not. I've been making an effort to limit my calorie intake, so I'm hoping to drop a pound. But I haven't been exercising, so that most likely won't happen. I just don't want to let the numbers on the scale discourage me so early in the game. On the flip side, I WANT to weigh myself b/c I really want to see progress (or at least not a bigger number for once!!). I guess I'll just have to wait and see what Friday and the scale bring.

    Welcome back! If you aren't doing 30 minutes like you said, try to get in 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes it's easier to fit that in and you won't be so down on yourself. Debbie
